CLI setup

A small tool that lets you publish folders from your computer. Set it up once, then ship anything. Full guide →

Step 1 — Install the CLI (once per computer)

Open Terminal. On Mac, press Command + Space, type Terminal, press Enter.
Paste this command and press Enter.

npm install -g https://instant.hy.pe/cli/package.tgz

Step 2 — Set up your project folder

Create an empty folder, open it in Claude Code (or any AI tool), and open Terminal inside that folder.
Run this command — it drops AGENTS.md and logs you in.

Step 3 — Build with Claude Code (or any AI tool)

Describe what you want to build. The AI reads AGENTS.md automatically and knows the platform rules.

Step 4 — Ship it

Once the AI has built the site, run this from the same folder.

instant-hype deploy . --name my-site-name

Your site goes live at my-site-name.instant.hy.pe and appears in the gallery above. Re-run any time to update it.
